Pembelajaran di Tempat Kerja: Pemetaan Aktivitas, Anteseden, dan Hasil pada Guru Sekolah Dasar

Pembelajaran guru tidak hanya berlangsung melalui pelatihan yang dirancang secara formal, tetapi juga tumbuh dari pekerjaan yang dijalani sehari-hari. Meskipun demikian, kajian mengenai pembelajaran guru di tempat kerja (teacher workplace learning) masih tersebar pada berbagai aspek dan belum banyak dibaca sebagai suatu kesatuan yang utuh, terutama pada konteks sekolah dasar. Artikel ini bertujuan memetakan pembelajaran guru di tempat kerja melalui tiga dimensi yang saling berkaitan, yaitu aktivitas pembelajaran, anteseden yang memengaruhi keterlibatan guru dalam pembelajaran, dan hasil yang dihasilkan dari proses tersebut. Kajian dilakukan melalui tinjauan pustaka naratif terhadap publikasi tahun 2001-2026. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran guru berlangsung melalui beragam aktivitas formal dan informal, dengan refleksi, kolaborasi, dan eksperimentasi sebagai bentuk yang paling menonjol. Kajian ini menegaskan bahwa pembelajaran formal dan informal lebih tepat dipahami sebagai suatu kontinum daripada sebagai dua jalur yang terpisah, sehingga perhatian terhadap pengembangan profesional guru perlu diarahkan tidak hanya pada program pelatihan, tetapi juga pada kondisi yang memungkinkan guru belajar dalam pekerjaannya sehari-hari.
