Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena orang tua yang melaporkan guru di sekolah dasar negeri, dengan fokus pada penyebab, dampak, dan solusi untuk meningkatkan komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, analisis dokumen, dan observasi langsung di beberapa sekolah dasar negeri. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengkodean tematik untuk mengidentifikasi masalah utama dan pola yang muncul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik muncul terutama akibat komunikasi yang buruk, perbedaan ekspektasi mengenai metode pengajaran, serta kurangnya pemahaman orang tua tentang kebijakan pendidikan. Konflik ini berdampak negatif pada motivasi guru, komitmen profesional, dan lingkungan belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan program komunikasi terstruktur, mekanisme mediasi internal, edukasi kebijakan bagi orang tua, serta kolaborasi antara sekolah, pemerintah lokal, dan komunitas untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang mendukung dan produktif bagi guru, orang tua, dan siswa.
